Check your IMEI, if it starts with 0049 you're screwed.
Check in Settings > General > About.
Compare it with the one in the back. If it doesn't match, it is going to explode. Just kidding, if this is your case, just search about virginizing.

I've had it a few times this week.
I had 1.0.2 unlocked with iUnlock, I upgraded to 1.1.1 , acticvated it and put on installer , iPhonesimfree v1.6 and it will not unlock it, even tho it says it will on their website.
I've got it up and running again on 1.1.1, activated with original IMEI,Modem version 04.01.13_G and it working fine.
But it remains locked, I've tried Anysim & iPhonesimfree but still no joy.

Dont worry. Unbricking is available now. Check this link and follow what is appropriate for your situation.

All of their solutions work perfectly. I unbricked mine today. If you give me the exact condition of your phone, what steps you followed etc, I might be able to help you.
