when i get a preview it says the number of the caller instead of the name of the person as they are already stored in my phonebook? Is there a current fix for this?

You have to replace the file as instructed I used AppSupport-8.tar.gz for the UK

thanks owl worked brilliantly, and for that i will top you up with some rep fella, Not like the other guys who just say "search for it there are 1000's of posts that can help you." what people dont understand the post system is evolutionary and sometimes some posts have the old way and not the best way of doing things.
