T-Mobile gets to keep exclusive rights to sell the iPhone in Germany. One can reasonably assume they will stop selling them unlocked, as the only reason they did so was because they were forced to by an earlier court decision.

You got it right! Selling of unlocked phones will be stopped as soon as possible by T-Mobile!
iphone is back in jail for the future ;-((
