It seems that T-Mobile Germany cuts the price of the 8GB iPhone to 99€ (complete XL tarif; 89€/month), 149€ (complete L; 69€/month), 199€ (complete M; 49€/month), 249€ (complete S; 29€/month).
Atm it is still a rumor and it's not confirmed by T-MO. But several german Sources say its plausible.

The price of the 16GB iphone won't be cut. It will remain at 499€!
The sales will end at the 30th of june!

Phoo, to pay only 99 euros for an iPhone and unlock it, what a deal!

You can't just buy an iPhone in Germany. You've got to get a plan right at the store.

Otherwise it would be great.

as nice as 99eur sounds, you will have to sign a contract before they sell you the phone and the monthly fee is where they make the money. even with the discounted iphone, what you get for your monthly rate is not too good compared to most other countries.

seems like that t-mobile has finally realized though that they need to make the iphone more attractive in Germany, especially if you consider how "cheap" US phones are over here ;-)
