T-Mobile EDGE and MobileChat 2.0.0b

What's up guys. I was wondering if any of you using the iPhone w/ MobileChat on T-Mobile are having issues signing on to AIM while on EDGE? I'm able to sign on just fine on WiFi, but not anymore via EDGE. While on EDGE and I try to connect, it states something about me not having internet to connect to MobileChat. The weird thing abut that is right after that happens, I open Safari and go on a webpage to see if EDGE is down or something and I'm able to get on any website with no problem.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yup same problem here, i can't figure out how to resolve this problem on Edge, wifi works fine, but both Apollo and MobChat doesn't work on edge

Has anyone emailed the makers of the program? I have not had any problems with logging in on mobile chat untill i updated the software last night... should have never done it.

its edge ... it has to do with the proxy ... Chat services use a proxy that does not work with the iphones edge settings.. I think

MobileChat is one application that would be nice if it works on EDGE. I have the T-zone plan with the proxy hack and there are a few applications that won't connect via EDGE. Maybe someone can update the hack to fix the proxy setting for those applications.

Well MobileChat worked on EDGE for me just fine prior to updating it yesterday. Hopefully it's a bug that will get fixed pretty soon.

Yes, MobileChat worked for me over EDGE but had that really bad scrolling problem on the chat screen. Now they fixed this bug but the program only works over Wifi for me.

Let's hope they fix this soon. Also, GTalk is not working at all. I don't think they got around to test GTalk before they released it. It's still pretty good for IM thought which is what I use mainly.
