Well since you are a legit customer, AT&T will do nothing like usual. But you can go to an Apple store and have them swap out your phone, they will give you a like new phone handed back to you. Then just insert your sim card and go.
Only problem is you will be getting a phone with 4.6bootloader now, but considering youre AT&T I dont see how that effects you.

i have try that but they will see that my phone has a 0049 imei and will refuse to change it

I highly doubt that. Ive seen unlocked phones with Tmobile have the 0049 IMEI, go in there, with no ATT account, and get a replacement phone.

You can tell them that your computer crashed while updating to 1.1.3

Yeah tell them your crappy PC crashed and you are very interested in the new iMac/Macbook etc. Also play dumb with the jailbreaking. Since you are an ATT customer this should work.
