Synching to iTunes after applying dvd jon's hack

Anyone know if I can synch with itunes on ANY computer successfully after applying dvd jon's hack?

Alternatively,

anyone know how I might go about tracking down a known token for the hissomnia hack?

sorry for being a newbie...
I'm from the caribbean and wanting an Iphone very badly.
My question is, after the phone has been activated and unlocked will I be able to use all of its applications? Does this mean I can insert the SIM-Card that I am using at this moment into the Iphone and use it normally?
And...
I have been reading about the activation process.
I am not understanding it a bit. I know that I'll need the hex-editor.
Where can I find that?
After that, what are the exact steps that one needs to do to activate the Iphone?
Can someone open a thread where you can find the tools and info or files that you need to activate the iphone?

oops..and also what is #Iphone?
also...me being in the caribbean...I have downloaded the latest Itunes.
cant seem to create an account as it is not available for my country.
Due this...will I be able to activate the iphone like that and still be able to upload songs to the iphone in the future?
Is there a way to hack the Itunes so I can buy and download songs from it..even that I am in the caribbean?

NO after you do this hack all it does is allow you to skip the AT&T activation. Which means that you can use your iPhone's iPod and WiFi BUT YOU CANNOT put your SIM card from your current phone in a use it to make calls/or use edge.
