I am an unlocker from South America.

Everyday I read this forum, trying to learn which version of iPhone firmware is available at Apple's and AT&T Stores.

In case a new version is available, I would need to tell my partners in USA to pause buying iPhones.

Wouldn't it be nice if we had an "Apple Store Status" somewhere?

its called itunes

yeah i also believe that itunes is the way to go. once apple starts selling phones with the new firmware itunes will update to be able to work with it so until itunes has it there simply isn't a new firmware for sale. if people have it from other sources that's a different thing!

no., its actually the other way round. once Itune updates with a newer firmware the apple stores will follow.

normally within the same night all stores will have their display upgraded to the new firmware.

1.1.3 is out, I have partners in Chicago, Miami, Denver a New York buying iPhones for me, and they come 1.1.2.

What I meant was very hard to understand for you?

Try to understand:

1.1.3 is out, and you still can buy iPhones that can be unlocked in Apple Store.

Its not like we dont understand you but what you suggest is unnecessary as there are already several threads that talk about week number and version number. No need to add to the clutter around here.....
