Well my iPhone was stolen on Thursday. I shut it down with AT&T and filed the police report. It was jailbroken, will they still be able to use:

A. iPod Feaures?
B. Internet on Wi-Fi?
C. Installed Apps?

Any suggestions as to how to retrieve it, find who took it or anything. My credit card that I used to purchase it might cover it, I still have to check if the claim has been accepted or denied...

I contacted one of my friends who works with AT&T and they might be able to track it using the IMEI if they use it. Any tips or suggestions would be really helpful.

the same thing happened to me. I have the iemi number of the phone that it happens to. Does anyone know if there is a way I can block it?

It kinda sucks, I have EVERYTHING for the phone, charger, headphones, box, cable, dock, belt clip, box to the case I had, everything BUT the phone itself...

I had the same happen to me.

I called AT&T and I was told it would be blocked from AT&T and probably other networks, but was told they can't track it (both by my friend at the store and over the phone) unless the police give them a warrant.

Mine was jailbroken as well, but I'm not sure as to whether or not they can use the other stuff. They, unfortunatly, will probably be able to unless you have one of those four-digit lock codes.

if you have the imei, call your carrier tell them your story and they will ban that imei, as far as i know once ATT bans that imei other carriers will do the same.

the imei number should be on your box ( Another good reason to keep your original box)
