Still can't access YouTube: "Cannot connect to YouTube"

Ran pacay, it says:

Waiting for phone... Could not enable SSL
established.
iPhone state: FactoryActivated

Yet it still says it has managed to copy files.

Phone is said to have been unlocked with ipsm (bought it on ebay, don't know how to check).

Apptap ran fine, and I also have ibrickr access.

Phone is on 1.0.2, modem firmware 03.14.08_G

Do it manually. If you have a pc dl Winscp.

Attain the three files
Data_ark.plist
device_private.key.pem
Device_public_key.pem

Browse to /private/var/root/Library/Lockdown/ in winscp and drag the files to overwrite. go into the pair_records dir and delete the entry and then restart.

The three files

Data_ark.plist
device_private.key.pem
Device_public_key.pem

had an ".hack" extension, which I removed.

Then I removed the 2 files in pair_records.
I noticed there's a folder named "activation_records" which you did not mention.

It contains 2 *.plist files

Should I delete those as well ?

Or what else could be wrong ?

did you patch the lockdownd file? If you didn't you tube will not work!

I am heaving the same problem. I unlocked three phones. The first phone, everything works including youtube. But thenext two youtube doesn't work. I ran pacay before unlock and after but it doesn't work. I also tried changing the files manually including patching down the lockdwn file but still nothing... I dont know how I got it to work the first time, now it doesn't. Any suggestions?

Was this kinda bad joke or what ?

When phone restarted, the screen blinked/flashed rapidly.
Then a worm appeared (no, I'm NOT kidding).

Now phone doesn't respond (UI is shown, but I can't interact with it).
Can't even shutdown

What's next ?

Actually I still can interact with my phone. But it's awfully slow. Takes nearly a minute beetween when I hit the screen, and when the interaction is executed ...

I also managed to reconnect with winscp.
Put the orignal files back.
Still same effect.

I am having the same problem. Unlocked 3 phones. First one worked fine but YouTube will not work with the other 2 phones.

I managed to get around the 'Could not enable SSL' problem by terminating the process 'AppleMobileDeviceService.exe' before running PACAY.

However, still not working - Any ideas?
