Recently SSH stopped working because the RSA keys are getting messed up. I installed (and now uninstalled) SSH using iNdependence 1.3b. I am using a Macbook Pro and Leopard. Anyone with similar issues? Will I have to restore my iPhone?

Well the work around is very easy, just open the terminal on your mac and type this:
rm -f ~/.ssh/known_hosts
thats all it should work after that
