[Solved] 1.1.2 jailbreak failed > update java

ii just installed oktoprep and i upgraded back to 1.1.2 and now when i try to do the jailbreak by running the windows.bat i get this

any suggestions. is this supposed to happen?

put the folder on C:\

sorry to be such a bother but i placed the folder on C:\ and still no luck. can some1 please help me.
after i install okto prep and upgrade to 1.1.2 itunes automatically activates my phone if thats any help. i would really like this to work since i'm leaving the city tommorow and i'm going to be really bored.
