Has the "Slide to answer" process changed from 1.1.2 => 1.1.4 ???

When I originally got my iPhone (came loaded with 1.1.2) - I remember that when I turned Passcode Lock and Auto Lock ON, and a call came in, I had to 1) Slide to Answer 2) Enter my 4 digit password

Now, even if my phone is locked and a call comes in. I can "Slide to answer" and it will answer the call without entering the password. WTF?

How can I re-enable this feature?

Apparently Apple (And everyone else who owns an iPhone) thought this "feature" was more of a hindrance and an annoyance.

If you really do want it, downgrade back to 1.1.2.

You can answer any phone without entering the passcode.
Imagine, it would be a hassle to enter the passcode to answer.

hassle == feature to some people. It would be nice if you could turn this on\off. Apple is weird that way. They roll out a feature, then they completely remove it w\o legacy option support. I want it back, but there is no way I'm downgrading to 1.1.2
