"Slide to answer call"....where is the decline button?
Hi guys,
I unlocked a virgin 1.1.1 using anysim 1.1p, and everything works perfectly on Tmobile USA. However, when I receive a call, I don't get the accept and decline buttons like the people who use Cingular get, instead, I get a bar that says "Slide to answer" which works fine, but I don't have the option to decline a call....Any solutions? Thanks!

anyone??? Where is the decline button???

your phone is locked when you get the call to answer it you must slide to answer. If your phone is unlocked you will see both accept and decline buttons. if you do not want to answer a call you can hit the power button on the top and it will silence the ring.

I believe to decline a call you press the power button thats what the apple manual says

twice actually, first press silences second sends it to VM. the volume button can also be used to silence, but not send to VM.

Press sleep button once to silence/stop vibration.
Press sleep button twice to send to Voice Mail.

I guess thats a solution, however this does not explain why it does not show the accept and decline buttons like it should...

That's so you don't accidentally answer/decline a call while, say, taking the phone out of your pocket.
Pushing the power button twice is the proper way to decline a call. It says so in the manual.

i believe that quote perfectly answers why you are not getting an accept/decline button.

AND if your phone is not "locked" then you get the "decline" button...
i hope that made sense... "locked" meaning as in your pocket "locked" (badwithwords :p)
