Serious Issue after upgrading/unlocking to 1.1
Yesterday virginized my unlocked 1.02, and did all the other goodies to upgrade it to 1.1... Performed jailbreak, unlocked etc... Worked great yesterday.
However, after my phone working perfectly fine, today after listening the some music on it, i tried to make a call, phone connected a line, but there were absolutelly NO SOUND! Restarted phone tried again, the same thing... My gf told me that after i called her, her phone rang, and when she picked up, she got the dead silent line.... Which means, my mic was muted as well... Well it gets better... I tried calling again using the speaker phone, and guess what, it worked. Then i tried using the iPhone hands-free earpiece with the mic, and it worked perfectly. but as soon as i unplug the earpiece, the sound goes totally DEAD!
Also, when I listen to my ipod, on the headphones/earpiece it sounds just fine, as soon as I unplug the earpiece, the music keeps playing but there is absolutely NO SOUND.
Now the weirdest part is, that my ringtones sound is working just fine, while im changing them in the settings, or if the phone rings, which tells me that the earspeaker is working but something in the software side is messing me up.
I'm not sre if this is a common problem, but Please help, I will appreciate it so much!
Thanks in advance.

here is the solution:
WHat I've found is this. If listening to music using the headphones, and then you unplug the headphones without pressing pause, the speaker won't work. Basically all you need to do is re-plug the headphones in, press pause, and the speaker should work.

Thanks for this solution. I had the same problem, though I was running under 1.02 at the time. I was just about to return the phone to apple with all the hoop jumping that would entail!
Plugging my headset back in, pressing pause brought back the functionality. Amusingly enough, I then pulled the headphone out to try the speaker - the music unpaused and started playing at max volume - unfortunately, I was in the library while trying to fix this. Esh!!!
