Saw an ad on craigslist and talked to ther person who claims to have iPhone unlocked in L.A. by a cell phone retailer by the name of "Phone Hook Ups" that will work on any carriers.

Morgan (Trojaen2000) said that current its working with Fido (Canada).
The claimed unlocked iPhone is being sold for $450 US dollar... is this a SCAM or what?

BTW, this guy is asking to wire money via Wester Union and doesn't know the FIDO phone number for the iPhone he claims to be using OMG lol

probably a scam. dont western union anything to anyone outside the country (espcieally to nigeria).
