SBSettings Won't Disable Edge - Help!
Hi guys! I installed SBSettings for my iPhone 2G inorder to disable Edge. But, when I disabled Edge through SBSettings, I still see the 'E' letter on top, telling me that Edge is still enabled. Does SBSetings disable Edge even though the 'E' still shows up? If not, what do I do?

'E' is detected in your phone but data traffic is blocked.
Goto Settings->General->Usage->Reset Statistics and see if you can read any Sent or received bytes. That's your visual proof.

crazy8, thanks for the info. I did what you asked and found no traffic for sent or received after I reset stats.
I got another question. I enabled for the SSH icon to show up in SBSettings so I can toggle it off but I don't see it when I bring up SBSettings. Does this mean that I don't have SSH?

right, go to Cydia and search for OpenSSH install reboot and then you can see the icon and toggle it off.

If I recall correctly, the E is a known bug. Even if there is no EGDE detected or even configured, the annoying E is still there.
iPhone 4G, 16GB, JailBreak.
(and an old iPhone 2G with broken glass
)
Black iPod 5gen, 30GB.
