Default Save a .xls file on iphone for future viewing?

I have a .xls spreadsheet attachment on my email that I need to reference many times over the course of a few months. Instead of leaving that email in my inbox or any other box, can I somehow save that file to the iphone and then be able to reference that file at any time later without having to go through my mail to find the mail and attachment, etc.???

    Thanks!

    Default

Install lighttpd and php now all you need to do is sftp files over to the Sites folder in the iphone and you can
view them by navigating to http://127.0.0.1 on the iphone to list the files and click on the one you want to view.
