Default Safari crashes and over all stability on 1.1.1

I noticed that Safari seems a lot less stable than on 1.0.2 (crashed a few times in perfectly clean web sites).

I have installed SummerBoard Alpha for 1.1.1, Apollo IM, UIctl, Terminal, Installer, and Sketches but none of them were running while facing the problems with Safari - anyone else seeing any system hangs?

I have jailbreaked using the Dev Team guidelines and used IPSF to unlock on 1.0.2

People have reported completely the opposite, Safari being much more stable on 1.1.1. Did you try a reboot? might help somehow.

Thanks - I noticed that it happend after going to settings a few times - I have follows the advise in http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=10965 and fixed my EDGE settings and did a reboot after removing Dropbear and installed OpenSSH instead - looks promising so far...

Exactly my experience. Unlocked and activated - running 1.1.1. A lot more stable overall and Safari is even better....

    Most likely an isolated incident.

I have noticed that it mostly happened when I have multiple sites open and change apps a lot - I also removed the suport for international keyboards which seems to have helped somewhat?!

Does anyone have any problems with the SummerBoard Alpha?

I don't think any of there are in the new features of 1.1.1... Did you take a look in the release notes? If QuickTime can play it, Safari will open the file in the browser tho.

    Cheers
