Safari constantly reloading?
Does anyone know if there's a way to suppress Safari from reloading pages? Given EDGE speeds, I typically load the pages I want and then read them over the course of a few hours.
Unfortunately, coming back into Safari after some period of time, each page attempts to reload, defeating the purpose. This is especially frustrating if I have a set of Bloglines articles open, which have now all become "read". Perhaps there is a bookmarklet with Javascript which might turn off the reload?
Any ideas are welcome.

see if there's a way to turn off javascript. i for one didn't realise that it could read javascript, but it makes sense, just no java app i guess. it sounds to me to be just a javascript embedded in the page, telling your browser to reload every set interval. load the same page on your regular computer and view the source. if you see something that says location.replace("http://www.blahblah.com"); encased in a <script> block then i'd say javascript is the culprit.

Good advice. However, it seems to be reloading anything when I return to Safari after a period of time, making me suspect the client (meaning, it's going to be harder to tweak away until I can get access to the full prefs).
Unfortunately, Javascript has become pretty essential for me, in using bookmarklets (esp. the one enabling "open in new window" links). I've got no Javascript ability, but if there would be a way to supress or turn off the reloading once I've loaded the page the first time, it would be worth it despite the extra step...
