Default Run 1.1.2 apps on your 1.1.1 iPhone

Was playing around last night while unlocking a bunch of phones....

You can run all the 1.1.2 apps on a 1.1.1 iPhone
Also enabled the 4 languages from 1.1.2

Here's some pics for the non believers.

And don't you think that just bragging about it, without telling us how you did it is kinda useless around here?

    hey,
don't lie, although in second pic the baseband version is of 1.1.1 but at the top the firmware version is 1.1.2. It means you just jailbroke 1.1.2 using oktoprep and touchfree and then erased the new baseband and replaced it by old one and then unlocked it.
    thanks

To be honest, I actually don't even understand what he tries to tell/show us???
It would be great if he would elaborate what his thread is all about because I don't have a clue.

This phone is week 25 so definetly NOT an "original" 1.1.2
so it must be upgraded ; through iTunes ? then it should be jailed and not activated again
or did you just SSH into your 1.1.1 jailbroken/activated/unlocked iphone and copied over files ?

Please clarify how and what you exactly did - thx

It is a 1.1.1 phone with the Applications/Languages/etc. copied over from an unencrypted1.1.2 firmware image.

I never said it was an original 1.1.2 phone.
The only reason it shows 1.1.2 is because the phone thinks it's running 1.1.2 due to the files I copied over.

    *IT IS A 1.1.1 phone*

It's real easy to do...I was just playing around, it's my experimentation phone.

Unencrypt the .dmg from the 1.1.2 iTunes .ipsw file
Copy the applications, and required frameworks directories over to the 1.1.1 phone.
Reboot...you have the 1.1.2 applications, configuration on the 1.1.1 phone.

I'm trying to figure out which 112 apps he is talking about. All third party apps were written for 111 and earlier.
