does anyone know a program for windows that converts mp3's to .. .m4r ? so i can make ringtones for iphone ? for some unknown reason ibrickr doesn't work for me. i have version 1.1.1 unloked iphone.

use itunes, set it to encode to aac, convert what you want to then show the file. rename the file to whatever.m4r and it should now have a different icon.

with ibricker put it in the right directory using the file browser not ringtone (it always gives me ringtons that show .m4r in the menu)

if this is being done via the mecca patch dont forget to add a space at the end of the file name

i did what u said , the new ringtone appears with the iphone ones .. but when i select it it doesn;t play .. any ideas ?

after the conversion. i upload the mo3 music via tunes . Once it was there i use sendsong for the ringtone. It go automatically on your ringtones. just go setting>> sounds>>ringtone then click the song/ringtone you want
