I did the unlock, things didn't work out, restored using iTunes, and yet my IMEI is now the evil

which is not the one that is on the case/box.

I don't have the original commcenter.plist................ so what can I do? ? ? ? ? ? Any ideas???????

Can someone let me use theirs? I know that's a big risk, but I just want to see if that file really makes the difference. I don't think it's dependent on that file but I must find out and since I'm not in the US right now (traveling for work) I can't get another iphone to find out.

Reboot your iphone in itunes en then do all you did from ieraser again. That will get your original imei back

i did....... u mean run iunlocker? That is the only step after ieraser. iunlocker, then bbupdater -v
