A little assistance please if possible.

I am attempting to software unlock my OOTB 1.1.2 using the 1.1.2 restore file downloaded from this site as per the guides. The problem is that when I use itunes to restore my iphone to 1.1.2 I cannot select the downloaded file.

On the Mac it downloads as a folder wit a number of files, and I cannot select them together. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what you mean, but if your problem is that Safari downloads the 1.1.2 restore file and unzip it as a folder with files, the solution is simple. Safari automatically downloads the IPSW, unzip it and give you a folder, the "real" .ipsw file is in the trash, Safari put it there, just go there and move to your Desktop or whatever...
