Hello guys,

I wonder, if i wanna restore my iPhone, should i download the "iPhone update Software" file again and again ????

cuz, when i pressed RESTORE button it tells me that i've to download that file. the funny thing is: I have that file already on my PC. It's about 91.2 MB

So, Is there any way to ignore downloading that file, and doing the "restore" process directly !!

IT KILLS ME ,,,,

and every 15 minutes the Internet connection failed down.

i've restored many many times... but only had to download the file once.... now when i restore i just automatically extracts the file... are you sure you have downloaded the latest firmware update 1.0.2?

i heard, that you can hold down the Shift key while clicking on "Restore" that way you can choose the file.

yes someone please help because i have 128 kb connection and it's telling me that it's gonna be 3 hours for that 91 MB to download....i have the file already that i got from a friend with faster internet...so what can i do next...yes i have windows...i press SHIFT and click restore...so i just choose the ipsw file and let it do it's thing...?

does it matter where i have the file?

or the unlock works on 1.1
