Default Restore an already unlocked 1.1.1

Curiousity killed my iphone, i installed a load of apps from install and well one of them messed up my iphone, now im restoring with the 1.1.1 restore file you guys provide on the virginizing tutorial but my question is will i need to run onesim and then anysim again on it? or will it be unlocked already?
Does the restore file do something to the baseband?
Im sorry if there is another post like this one but i looked and most post talk about virginizing a 1.0.2 for 1.1.1 upgrade.
    Thanks for any help

You just need to activate it again. It will remain unlocked.
