Replacing Voicemail / Text Message / etc.

Does anyone know where the files for sounds settings are?
I really want to replace the text message sound with an actual song or something because I always miss a text since it makes a very quiet sound when i receive a text or vibrates only once. Does anyone else hate this?

Use iNdependance or AppTapp Installer.app

That's for changing the the number that the voicemail button dials. This person is asking about changing the sound that is used for incoming text messages.
