I’ve been on hackint0sh for sometime and I have looked around for the answers however I still haven’t worked out exactly how Rep Power works yet

For every + Rep Power you get does that count as (1) in your signature? And is that the same for – Rep Power as well?

Also the green/red boxes

I’ve seen people with two / three green boxes or moderators with loads, yet there Rep Power isn’t that high in some cases.

I'm just genuinely interested so can someone clear this up for me?
