    Lightbulb

You could maybe turn Outlook/Mail synchronization ON, sychronize contacts and delete them on your PC/MAC and synchronize again.

If you sync your stuff from the PC or MAC, in iTunes you have the Sync setting clicked. You need to unlclick that, and iTunes will prompt you if you want to immediately delete all contacts etc from the iPhone. This way you only delete it from the iPhone but not outlook or some other application.

Tried deleting all contacts from outlook & resyncing also tried unchecking the contacts sync from Itunes but it didn't work
I think reseting in general tab with erasing all content & settings might work, haven't tried it as of now
gonna try it & come back

    Thanks Ashraf
