Regent Street AS, 1.1.3 OTB?

I'll be in London for a day on Thursday (Feb. 7th) and I'm planing to shop for iPhones. Would anyone know if the Apple Store on Regent Street is already selling 1.1.3 OTB or do I still have a chance to get 1.1.2?

Is there any other place in London I can buy 5 iPhones without contract?

Anywhere you can buy an iphone you can buy without signing onto contract there and then.

So that means:
-Apple Store
- All the carphone warehouse stores
- All the O2 stores

there are hundreds of them.

I'm not a UK citizen, can I buy 5 iPhones at an O2 store at once with a single credit card?

I'm not sure about the purchase limit, I heard it was the same as the USA with a limit of 2 per card but I was there a couple of weeks ago and all the display fones were running 1.1.3 though this doesnt mean that their stock will have been updated.

Got mine two weeks ago from Carphonewarehouse in Tottenham Court Road, London. Shop had still a bunch of 1.1.2

I've bought 5 iPhones from the Regent Street store so far on the same card with no problems. I also asked and was told 5 is the limit. As for the versions all 5 of mine have been week 43 phones with 1.1.2, with two of them being bought on saturday.
