In Regards to Stability and overall in general, Which is the better Fimware: 1.02 or 1.1.1??

I have searched and I know there are already posts about this. But I want to know as of present. I am unlocked on 1.0.2 and my phone works fine. I know 1.1.2 is out but I'm still kind of scared to even upgrade to 1.1.1 because of all the problems and bugginess that I've heard about 1.1.1 Please give me your experiences.

I have had no problem with 1.1.1. I upgraded primarily for the louded phone receiver and speaker sound. I have avoided loading up my iPhone with 3rd party apps; like summerboard. I just want a basic iPhone for music, internet browsing/mail, youtube, and T-Mobile phone service. The only thing I miss is my favorvite ringtone sound, that I had with FW 1.0.2 using ibrickr.
    I am happy.

Everything you heard about a 1.1.1 bugginess is a piece of crap.
1.1.1 has huge improvements, security and stability fixes, it would be pretty dumb to stick with 1.0.2, especially since almost all native apps support now 1.1.1 too.

I don't know any rational reason not to update to 1.1.1 but if you like to believe in consipiracy theories, you may want to stick to 1.0.2 too.

Just make sure you don't accidentally update to 1.1.2 because I know of two cases where iTunes showed the user that the latest fw (1.1.1 in their case) is already installed and no update is available. When they used the recovery function of iTunes to update without the well known SHIFT/ALT option choosing a specific file, they accidentally updated to 1.1.2. Be careful, choose a MANUAL update with the SHIFT/ALT trick to be able to specify the fw update file.
