I hope so too - just bought my refurb 4GB about 15 days ago which puts me outside both the 14 day and 10 day windows for a $200 refund, so I'll be stoked with a $100 credit that I can use to by a new iPod touch or something.

I can't see why Apple would exclude us from the $100 credit.

I just got $150 back on my 4gig refurb, 8 days old.
