    Default Refurbed Iphones: Did anyone get one recently?

    Just wondering if anyone bought a refurbed iphone online from apple? I bought one on the 25th and the 1.1.1 update came out two days after so I was wondering if they would upgrade it so I'm kind of nervous with what to do with it. Others who have bought a refurbed phone please donate answers :p.

    you can't use the phone functions if you downgrade though , why does apple have to do this lol. Anyone know if Raleigh, NC still has 1.0.2 in stock?

    I purchased 3 refurb iphones online from apple on the 20th and got them on the 21st with 1.0.2. Also I know that the refurbs have not been avaiable on apples website since right around 1.1.1 was released. So that makes me wonder if they dont have anymore or are they are putin 1.1.1 on them.

    haha your not making me feel any better . Well I already bought one, it should be here on wednesday. Did you successfully unlock it? I'm assuming they ran out of 1.0.2 refurbished ones and are putting on the new ones with 1.1.1 :O so im hoping for the best heh.

    It shouldn't have 1.1.1. Anyway what does the serial ID says? Check that with:

    i purchased 8 and all of them had firmware 1.02 and lower.

    I just got my wife a refurb 4gb a week ago and it had 1.01 on it.
