Recovering data from iPhone apps? (help required)

I put vista on my pc. And i connect my iphone. But i forgott to authorize my pc. All my app are deleted. But i recover apps whit this tut How To Recover Your iPhone Files, Photos, Contacts, Notes, SMS, Call History, Etc.
And now apps are on my pc and look like this

Now i dont now wher to put that apps. Plz help. Sorry for my bad English. Tnx again. PLZ HELP

hey you posted this in MacOSX forum, what iPhone do you have? (2G, 3G, 3GS, 4G?) and i dont understand whats the problem :B

You did NOT recover your apps. You have just recovered the personal data that is stored inside the apps. This is things like high scores in a game or entries in a to-do list.

The actual apps are free to download again from iTunes (if you log in with the same account that was used to purchase them in the first place). Once you have downloaded the apps and synced them to your phone. You can copy this recovered personal data into each app so that it behaves like you never deleted the app in the first place.

In fact, there are two ways for you to recover your deleted photos from iPhone. First, you can use a third-party tool to directly scan and recover pictures from your iPhone. Second, if you've synced your iPhone with iTunes, you also can regain your deleted pictures by extracting your iTunes backup file.
