    Default Reactivate iphone without the sim inserted?

    I did try to install ssh on my iphone, during that process my iphone seems to have unactivated itself... I don't know how it happened, but now I am looking at the "Activate iPhone Connect to iTunes" logo

    I do not have my AT&T sim card available here... Is there a way to activate it without the sim? I do have iActivator and it asks me for IMEI and another number. Where can I get those?
