radio chipset damaged on the communication board

Hi guys,

my s-gold chipset doesn't work anymore...
have no sim access and no wifi sound only in earphones :-(
others works (jailbreak activation s. o.)

i have only open carefully the cover

if i restore the sw is ok but the restore of the firmware an error occur (1011)

have someone an idea i can test or maybe restore the firmware manually ?
if i can test it i have only to buy a new comboard....
