Default Proper 24-hour HH:MM time format? Why iPhone missing leading zero?

For some strange reason the iPhone shows 24-hour time without a leading zero, so that breakfast is at 7:30 instead of 07:30. (It's displayed correctly on the Mac OS X side of things, FWIW.)

Picayune, I know, but it looks wrong and irritates me like a stone in my shoe.

Does onyone know what plist I need to edit or what-not? I've enabled the whole General - International settings thing, and it seems pretty obvious that I need to tweak something in the Region Format, but I could use a pointer or two....

This is because the region you selected uses H:mm instead of HH:mm. At the moment there's no way to edit this.

This is related to my other thread about locales. When we get that one worked out you'll be able to edit any region format to your liking.

Thanks for the reply and the info in the other thread. It'll seriously make things easier when we can actually tweak things the way we like them to be.

BTW, how does one pick a region? I don't see anything in the International settings. What am I missing?
