@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ @@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
4f:98:74:fb:13:91:ba:f1:40:f9:d0:00:dc:26:4d:e0.
Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /Users/aldeluca/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
Offending key in /Users/aldeluca/.ssh/known_hosts:3
RSA host key for 10.0.1.191 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.
MacPro:~ aldeluca$
This i s the message trying to use ssh...
But I assure you I did not change anything...
Help me, I'd like to unlock it

Its not locked, just do exactly what the error message is saying.
Add the RSA key of the host to your known_hosts.
Its pretty obvious what it is telling you to do.
You could even delete the known_hosts file and it will work.
