Problem with /usr/local
Hello,
I'm trying to install a samba server on my iphone so I can just drag and drop files to it. I copied the samba.tar file to the folder /private/var/root on the iphone via scp. After that I moved the file into /usr/local with no problems and when I try to change into the directory /usr/local I get its not a directory. When I ls -l on the /usr directory I can see that local is not a directory. Its permisions are:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 9195520 May 30 11:10 local
So as you can see it's not a directory. Isn't it supposed to be a directory?
How can I get into /usr/local?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
