Default [Problem] "no sim card installed" message

Can anyone help me? from one minute to the next, my phone is saying that i have no sim card installed, when there is one in there... This happened out of no were, i didnt install anything new, or change anything, i wasnt even using the phone, it just all of a sudden said that there was no sim card in it. Is there anything i can do to fix this? ive tried rebooting, taking the sim out and putting it back in, putting the phone in dfu, but nothing.

You may have an issue with the logic board's SIM card tray slot or with the commboard.

The problem is caused by the simcard holder not keeping the sim on the contact pins. There is no easy solution as the slot is so thin unlike other phones. It Is a common problem with phones that use or used xsim type unlocks. You can take the phone apart and fix the sim directlly. Or restore and return to apple.
Sorry there is no easy fix.
    Good luck

Yes, I happen to have this problem too, simple solution is to cut a
'paper sim' and stack on the back of the SIM card, just to thicken the overall thickness, solved my sim contacts problem
