When pressing bottom row on keyboard it pushes one row up

I installed VNsea on iPhone 1.1.3 and now for some reason in any application if I try and use the keyboard when I press the bottom row it selected the next row up.. meaning if i select @123 it pushes shift..... if i push shift is still pushes shift...same if i push the space bar depending on where i press it pushes the letter above that.

I have already uninstalled VNsea but the problem wont go away

Im thinking about doing a restore but dont really want to spend an hour doing all that if there is a fix for it

this is only in portrait mode BTW
