Voicemail Question

I have a 1.0.2 unlocked phone, running on Digitel GSM,in Venezuela.
I configured my Voicelmail long time ago, and ever since it works really well.

But.. it seems to bother me whenever i click the VM tag,it dials my Voicemail ..but i have to follow severals steps like entering my VM Password +# and then pressing 1 to hear them. Is there anyway i can just click the tag,and get direct access to my messages?

I'd sure like to know how to do that also. I have three unlocked/anySIM iPhones and only one will put in my password automatically. I'm going to try putting the SIM in an old phone and setting up VM number.
