Visual Voicemail not working
I bought a 1.1.2 OTB yesterday, and downgraded/activated/jailbroke/upgraded/jailbroke. Everything went smoothly.
I'm running it on a AT&T account, family plan. I called and added the "Max Media Unlimited" to my account, which is unlimited data/texting. On the AT&T site it says:
After I did all that, Visual Voicemail still isn't working. My only assumption is that it's because I never really activated it over iTunes. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking of calling AT&T and troubleshooting it, but I don't want to exactly tell them how/why I didn't activate the phone.
Existing Customer Plans
If you're an existing AT&T wireless customer and you want to keep your current voice plan, you just need to add a data plan for iPhone. (This may replace your current data plan.) Data plans for iPhone give you Visual Voicemail, SMS Text Messaging bundles, and Unlimited Data, which includes both email and web, all for as little as $20.
You'll add a data plan for iPhone during the activation process.
