Upgrade to 1.03 and 7.4 OR not ?

Waiting for the software unlock from my reseller. :D

I activated thru pre-paid... couple questions:

1. Will jaibreaking work with 1.03 ?
2. Should I upgrade to 7.4 ?
3. Any other advice as to the best approach to upgrade OR not while waiting for the S/W.

There's a 1.0.3? I thought the latest one out is 1.0.2

I remember seeing a thread about bricking your phone if the new firmware and iTunes don't match.

Guess I just got confused, ooh well I'll jailbreak it then (1.02).

Yeah. If you use old jailbreak tools to jailbreak an iphone that have been restored by itunes7.4 then you're in trouble.

What kind of trouble cause I use iTune 7.4.0.28 and jailbreak 1.1 and no trouble so far
