Unable to download PHP

Hi,
I have tried numerous times to download PHP thru the app installer and always get "download error" message. I have no trouble downloading anything else. Any ideas on how to download to my iPhone or to my PC and set it up manually thru SSH?

I have exact the same prob while downloading PHP. Its not possible to install it.
