So i'm just wondering if there's a new software update via Apple and my iphone was hacked using the TurboSim method will I be able to upgrade or is it a 100% certainty that my unlock will be gone... And I i will have to go through the same process again...
Any insight on this matter would be greatly appreciated...

There are no guarantees.
Apple could make changes that render the Turbo SIM useless, but the Turbo SIM software might be changed to match (basically initiating an arms race as with Sat TV).
It's also possible that the features added by Apple could be back-ported to 1.0.2 by the dev team (or others).
The only thing that's guaranteed is that if you disconnect from the Internet and don't upgrade your firmware, your iPhone will operate as-is.
