Transfer ipa installed from the phone to iTunes

Hello,

when I install some applications .ipa from the iphone, for example from Install0us and I try to sync my phones and the applications, these .ipa are not transfered to iTunes.

Is there a way to backup also the ipa installed directly from the phone?
