What about the Iphone 2G future???
Once the firmware 2.0 and the iphone 3g will be released next week, we should use our 2G as an Itouch or there is the chance to use it as a phone again?
They will brick all the phone not activated or not in your opinion?

there is no reason to believe that the 2G iPhone will be unusable, remember the 2.0 is out there for some time (beta versions) and no bricking has being reported.Quote:

They are still going to keep the Edge plans in the US so current iPhone owners are still good.
It wouldnt make sense to leave old heads out in the cold seeing as the phone still has a lot of battery power and the build quality is very good...
