Well, after several days of not being able to get it to work....
Called t-mobile tech support.
Got a nice guy on the phone who hinted to me that iPhones weren't supported t-mobile phones.
I informed him that I had 3 t-mobile phones, and was subscribed to t-zones, and that it shouldn't matter if the phone I was currently using was "supported" or not.
After a short discussion, he stated something about removing a "hold" on my t-zones account and said it should be working again.
He also hinted that using the same SIM to unlock dozens of iPhones might be the cause:rolleyes:
Something about dozens of different MAC records on the same SIM??
He knew exactly what I was calling about/doing, didn't give me too much guff about it though.
It's working fine again now, but I went and bought a prepaid SIM to use for unlocking/testing iPhones.
Don't want to have to call them again!
Oddly enough when I called t-mobile to get a replacement for my nokia phone w/ a dead LCD the nice lady asked....
"Are you calling about the Nokia 6086, or the iPhone?"
T-mobile knows exactly what's on their network, and looks like certain things will trigger problems.
If you are not on a data plan with one phone, how can you access the web without wifi? I am on prepaid and can't access anything but limited t-zones.... (I have the proxy installed). If it is possible, please let me know how you set it up.
