[Sync] Unable to Sync, musics just disappear

Greetings,

First off I would like to thank the people who gave all this stupendeous info on iPhone for without it I'll be left scratching me head.

Am currently on Firmware 1.1.4 with BootLoader Version 3.9_M3S2, iTunes 7.6.1.9.

I am unable to sync the music from my library to iPhone music.

iPhone will show Sync in Progress for like 3 to 5 secs and disappear. (Yes I do have songs which is in AAC format)
iTunes is set to automatically sync but even when manual sync, same symptoms will occur.

Any help would be appreciated.

itunes only syncs playlists and not just music

another way to add music is to select the "manually manage music" or whatever it is called.......its there on the first tab in itunes when iphone is connected......once this is selected you can drag and drop music

Found out that the only way it'll sync is when I go to Devices(iPhone) > Music tab (Need to check Sync Music)
